Forehand – Contact Zone Swing Path
In this video we’ll explain and demonstrate the proper “contact zone swing path” for a tennis forehand, with the help of one of the tennis vault assistant mascots, penguin “Rodrigo”. Keeping your forehand swing “on the path” during the “zone of impact with the ball” will DRAMATICALLY BOOST your level of “accuracy and also consistency” on any type of forehand, flat or topspin, low or high or on the raise, while at the same time DRAMATICALLY REDUCE the number of unforced errors hit during a match. Result? You win more points, games, sets…matches!
Forehand – How To Hit With Topspin
This video will show you how to hit your forehand with lot of real wicked topspin! Whether you’re a beginner intermediate or advanced player, it will help you really “understand how” hitting the forehand with topspin works “so you can do it too”!
Hitting with topspin is great for several reasons, for example, you can swing away freely and still be consistent, you can dip balls down at your opponents feet, you can hit incredible angles and you can pressure your opponent back deep behind the baseline with deep bouncing topspin shots that bounce up higher than usual, you can hit lobs that can’t be chased down, etc etc, once again these just to name a few reasons why the topspin is so effective, as an aggressive yet safe shot to have in your package, your arsenal of shots to go to at various times in a match.
